At Last We Will Reveal Ourselves to the Jedi…
I had the honor of appearing in the SMOSH episode I’m Possessed! with founders Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla. I played a demon with a resemblance to Darth Maul. My appearance is for a split second but it was so much fun. Got to be made up by a very talented makeup artist. She used an airbrush to do most of the makeup coverage and then added the fine details. It took about 2 hours and probably took that long to get cleaned up afterwards. Totally worth it. A little over a month ago I entered an online acting contest put on by Audition America. While they put the judging on hold until they can secure a TV deal, they have started posting contestants’ entries. I don’t know where anything stands with the contest but here’s my audition monologue via their YouTube channel. It’s one of my favorite monologues from one of my least favorite films. My sketchbook theme is “The View from Up Here.” The title of this piece is “What Every Frog Aspires to Be.” I plan to create a video for each and every sketch to document my progress.
